- Full Registration (IEEE Member, and Non-member) includes entry to all sessions, conference material, one copy of the proceedings (on paper and CD-ROM prior to 1 July-2002, or on CD-ROM after 1 July-2002), entry to Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet.

- IEEE Life Member and Student Registration includes entry to all sessions, conference material, one copy of the proceedings on CD-ROM, and entry to Welcome Reception.

- Students applying for student rate, should fax an official letter from the institution certifying full-time student status at the time of Registration (Fax: +351-21 841 84 72).

Registration for the Conference must be performed on-line, using the provided interface.

- Payments must be in EURO only, by Credit Card or by Check.

- If you select the "Payment by Check" option, make the Check payable in EURO to PIMRC2002/IST. Mark author/participant ID number at the back of the Check, and post it with a copy of the Registration "Printable Form" to:

- Conference Registration cancellations on or prior to 15 August, 2002 will incur a 100 EURO administrative fee, which will be deduced from the refund. No refunds will be issued after 15 August, 2002. All Registration cancellations must be received in writing or via e-mail. "No shows" will not receive a refund.
