- Registration for the Conference must be performed on-line, using the interface provided below.

- Note that at least one of the authors must register for the Conference up to 1-Jul-02 to ensure that the paper is included in the Conference Proceedings.

- Hotels and Tours arrangements and payment must be handled directly with the official Travel Agent. For that, please fill in the Hotel Reservation Form (RTF file, PDF file) and fax it directly to the official Travel Agent.

- Enter personal/author information to obtain a username/password pair (this is not the same pair used for paper up-load).

- Login to the Registration Page and select all the applicable Conference Fees.

- Print the final summary page with the selected Conference Fees ("Printable Form"), add payment information and fax it to the Conference Secretariat.
